Thank you for choosing my coaching services. Please read our policy regarding refunds and cancellations carefully:
1. Cancellation by Client If you wish to cancel a scheduled session, you must notify us at rajukohinoor35@gmail.com at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds for client-side cancellations are not guaranteed and are granted solely at the discretion of the management.
2. No Refund After Session Once a coaching session (Yoga, Inner Calling, or any other service) has been conducted, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By attending the session, you acknowledge the completion of the service.
3. Cancellation by Coach In the rare event that I (Raju Singh) need to cancel a session due to an emergency, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at your convenience.
4. Processing of Refunds If a refund is approved at our discretion, it will be processed through Razorpay back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
